Hello,
I have moved to my new apartment on 05 Oct 2020 and 4 weeks ago I have used the Umzugsservice to register my move. I received a confirmation from Vodafone (Umzugsbestätigung). In the confirmation, it mentioned that I simply have to plug the router into the socket. But now the router keep flashing with red light and there is no internet at all. Could anyone help me on this?
