Hello,
my new "Red Internet & Phone 50 Cable " contract is supposed to start on 27.01.2021, but I haven't received yet the router, or any email regarding its delivery to my address. I ask then support in order to receive the router and start my contract on 27.01.2021.

date of birth
address
last 4 digits of your IBAN

Hi,
thanks for your reply. I got the confirmation of the router deivery on 26.01 night, and I've received it on 28.01, so my problem is fixed.
I suggest you to avoid in the future this behaviour, and to contact new customers some days before the desired contract starting date, at least with one email.
