Need English support: Kabel not working

I recently made a contract for kabel 100mbps, I received the box with the modem, cables and all the papers.
I activated my account following the instructions by using the given code.
The modem is plugged in the socket but unfortunately a red led over the internet label on the device is blinking, and obviously I have no intenrnet connection.

How many days should pass to have the service active?
Or is this a strange behavior and I need a technician..?

Hi Stephan,

Unfortunately the network is still not working.
I contacted the Vodafone support, and they said I need a technician to come to check the state of my line.

I tried to call again the tech support, but unfortunately I wasn’t able to go through the process with the answering machine.

Could you help me on booking a technician?
