My invoice on the last month is wrong.
I am not using Red Internet & Phone 250 Cable and this contract was cancelled by me on 18th Dec 2020 itself. It is the same day(18.12.2020) when I agreed the new contract and later came to know that the vodafone colleague gave me wrong information about the contract.
I have received document from vodafone on Contract cancellation confirmation dated 21st DEC 2020.
But still my online "Vetragsdaten" shows "Red Internet & Phone 250 Cable". it should show old contract.
My invoice is also wrong due to this.
Please cancel my wrong contract and set me back to old contract.
Refund my money back
