I've received an email about my address is wrong(I check meinVodafone it's wrong tho, I did registration with a specialist). I tried to have a call with customer service but it seems there is no English support for it.
Do you know how can I reach them in order to correct my address? I can't receive mails at all.

Thanks for answering. My registration address is wrong in the system. The technician set-up the modem and all stuff but after that I've received an email about they can't post me mails through the defined address. My house number was wrong. How can I change it?

i'm confused. What is wrong now? The e-mail address has nothing to do with the house number. A house number for the connection cannot be changed in the system without further ado. You must first verify an e-mail address before we can use it. You will not have verified a wrong email address.

es tut mir leid, wenn ich jetzt erneut fragen muss, denn es gibt einen Unterschied zwischen Postadresse und Serviceadresse. Ist nur die Postadresse falsch oder wurde der Anschluss auf der falschen Hausnummer erfasst? Sollte letzteres der Fall sein, ist klar, warum Du es nicht selbst ändern kannst, denn dann muss der ganze Datensatz auf die andere Hausnummer umziehen. Einfach die Nummer ändern geht da nicht. Gib mir noch kurz Bescheid, welche der Varianten es ist, dann melde ich mich wieder.

Is only the postal address wrong or was the connection recorded on the wrong house number? If the latter is the case, it's clear why you can't change it yourself, because then the whole record has to move to the other house number. Simply changing the number is not possible. Let's stick in English then.
The thing is I don't have any different address for my invoices/bills. I just have one address right now. It could be registration address. And the technician successfully connected the modem and other stuff to my apartment which is correct address. But after that I've received an email about they can't reach me. Should I create a address change(like moving) for my address? or can you make it for me?
