Hi,
I just moved to a new place but unfortunately the building does not allow install my Vodafone contract here.
I just changed my contract so is not possible to me to cancel it at the moment but anyway I need to change it to the new address as I don't want people using my contract for free in the old flat.
How can we solve this?

Hello Mendes,
no problem. Just use our relocation service for your relocation notification. If we cannot continue to provide you with services at your new address, your contract will be terminated in accordance with the Telecommunications Act with a 3-month notice period.
