Dear Sir/Madam,
I am leaving Germany on March 1st and need to cancel my cable internet contract. The customer care is only in German and they can't answer my questions. Can someone please guide what is the process to get this done? My husband is being transferred by my company, can I skip the 3 months advice because of that?

Hi Lili3,
the contract can be terminated with a period of notice of 3 months There is no way to avoid the deadline. It begins with the day of the move. We can work on this if you like. Send me your customer number, name, date of birth and address in a private message. Afterwards you reply again here in the post.
