Hello, I signed up to a Vodafone contract by phone on October 16th, for cable Internet, television and a mobile phone contract. I said explicitly that
a) I only want the contract to start at the end of October
b) Vodafone should not send ANY post to that address before the end of October as I will not be moving in to that address until then
c) I want to be able to watch TV on as many TVs as I want in the house.
Vodafone proceeded to
a) started the mobile phone contract immediately
b) send post and parcels to that address before the end of the month
b) subscribe me to a TV product that would only allow to watch TV on one device
I cancelled my TV and mobile phone contracts and stated that I want to keep the CableMax Internet contract.
A guy from the installation company called me and said I need a different TV contract, one where I could watch it on as many devices as I want. I said OK but didn't receive any confirmation so wasn't sure what was going on. I phoned Vodafoen customer service a few days later to see if my contract cancellations had been processed and what contracts I still had. They said I only had the CableMax left so I presumed the one the technician offered was also covered in my cancellation of Vodafone TV.
Now, at the end of October I get the keys to my new house and a neighbour brings me a package including a registration code for the Vodafone Kundenportal. It also includes a GigTV box, which is for a product I dont want or need.
I entered the registration code today for the first time as I could not do it before without the activation code, and it does not show me the CableMax 1000 that I ordered and specifically stated I need to keep. It only shows a Vodafone TV Connect, Premium Cable and GigaTV cable.
This means that the Vodafone customer support employee misinformed me, as I would have immediately cancelled the TV contract. Now I dont know what is the status with the CableMax, as I really need it for home office. I have the feeling noone really knows what is going on, but I need to talk with someone who can actually help me sort this out, and FAST.
A technician is coming on Tuesday, and I thought it would be for the CableMax but I dont know if this is the case now as I dont see it listed in My Vofadofone, only the TV. How can I find someone to sort this out quickly?

Since your post is already a few days old, I want to ask if you still need help with your requests?
If I have understood this correctly, the mobile phone contract and a TV contract have already been revoked.
Now it's primarily about the internet and TV coverage for several devices, right?
