Low bandwidth and unstable Internet connection

Unfortunately my German is still limited and the service agent in the SMS chat asked me to post a message on this forum.

We are new customers of Vodafone Kabel 200. It took 3 months fo install Internet at our place, to make sure we would have a good bandwidth. The technician who finalized the connection confirmed that the signal we get from Cabeleway is very strong and could support up to 500 Mbps. However he immediately saw that the signal coming out of the Vodafone router is weak.

For the first 2 weeks we had on average 20-30 Mbps in download, which is already too low. Since last weekend the Internet connection is very unstable and when it works the bandwidth is anywhere between 1 and 5 Mbps.

The speed is tested directly from the router provider by Vodafone, no other router or repeater in between.

We opened service tickets on Tuesday and no progress. We opened another service ticket on Thursday and still no answer.

We are at a loss here. Please help.
