Hi,
My internet is not working. I tried to call the customer service but they don't speak English. Could anyone please help?

A BIT more information would be quite helpful...

 

What exactly did you do?

What Devices do you have?

Was the line functional before or is it a new installation?

Are there any lights flashing on the router device?

Thanks for your reply.
My internet was working before. My router was shut down for 20 days now (i wasn't home) and when I turned it on i didn't have any internet access.
The @ light is flashing in green. I reboot the router several times and also reseted it but still doesn't work. I tried to connect it to my laptop with a WLAN cable...still nothing.
When i acces the router interface the status of internet shows in progress (in red)...
I have a cbn model :CH7466CE

it's probably because the levels aren't okay. Currently the modem is online. Do you use the original antenna cable? Otherwise we have to hire a technician.
