Hello
Apologies for writing this in english. I ordered kabel internet (kundennummer: XXXX vertragnummer:XXXX ) but technician told me kabel deutschland not available in my address though in vodafone website it is listed as available. Please advise how to proceed.

Thanks for your message. I've been looking at the technician's feedback. Unfortunately, there is no connection from us in the house. The owner doesn't want it either. The contract has been cancelled.
