Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been trying to revoke a cable contract (Red internet & phone 200 cable) for the past 2 weeks since I have not signed or authorized this contract and since it has been set up to an address I don't live in and since I already have a running DSL contract with vodafone that I don't want to change.
I have already sent 2 emails to try and cancel it and all I got is a reply saying that the Kündigungsbestätigung mit Kündigungstermin will be sent. I have received this reply on the 27th of March and till now I received nothing.
I was also sent the router for the cable connection (on my old address that again I don't live in) and I have no idea what to do with it.
So please I would like to receive the actual confirmation of the cancellation of the cable contract and I would like to know what I can do to send back the router that I received.
