Hi Team,
I just realized that Kabel Digital- Service added without my concent and also I am being charged since November 2019 for the same. I never requested or agreed to take this service, Please remove the service ASAP and also reimburse me the amount charged do far. Also, don't add any services like that, Its annoying and difficult for a non-german speaker to understand such things.

did you not get an order confirmation? As a rule, contracts should not simply be concluded one-sidedly. I'd like to examine how the contract was concluded. Send me the following informations in a private message:

I sent you all the information quite a while back but haven't heard anything from you. Meanwhile I am getting charged every month for this. Could you please look into the issue as soon as possible.

I hadn't read anything more about you here. My colleague Thomas had asked you per pn to report here.
The contract was concluded with one of our sales partners. In principle it is too late to withdraw the contract. I will accommodate you and can cancel the contract immediately. No refunds are possible.

Second thing, What do you mean by "The contract was concluded with one of our sales partners", Could you please show me any verbal or written agreement. I have never agreed on any such contract and will have to involve legal help if things are not sorted mutually.
It would be great if someone can make a phone call to me and communicate amicably.

Hi Tina,
I was reimbursed 101.19 EUR on 5.5.2020 but again on 12.05.2020, 63.86 EUR was deducted from my account. What kind of reimbursement it was, could you please explain.
I would expect you reimbuse the complete amount which was delibertaly charged for the service which I didn't sign/opt for.

Hi Karan,
did you take a look at the bill for this? You got a discount of 5,- Euro for the TV contract on the Internet & Phone contract. Since the TV contract was terminated retroactively, we have now recalculated the discount.
