Hello,

I hava cable contract, and after I went to a shop I was told that I can cancel the contract online.

I did choose the cancel contract, and sent the message. 

But in reresponse, I got the email saying

In the contract detail it says

Last possible cancellation receipt until: 18/10/2018

 

therefore, please do so to end the contract at 11.01.2019.
