Invoices and bank deduction

Hello Vodafone Team,

I got my internet in January and
my bills haven't deducted from my
bank account yet. And I gave automatic
deduction from my Deutsche bank account.

And I got 3 euro extra on my March bill.
Could you help me what's going on and do
I need to transfer myself or Vodafone will
deduct automatically from my account.

sounds like the direct debit didn't work.

 

Please send me your customer number, name, date of birth and address by private message. Post a short message here in the thread as soon as you have sent the PM.
