Hi,
I don't know the customer number or any account details of my vodafone connection. I also don't get any invoices on email or sms but I do get 49.99 deducted per month from my bank account. How can I find this?

Hello Piyush,
difficult, because you have to legitimize yourself everywhere with your data. You will find the customer number in the order confirmation. You will also find it in the debits of the monthly invoice, as well as the invoice number.

Thank You for your response. But since I have switched to vodafone, I don't recieve any bill. I just get my bank account deducted as I gave SEPA mandate. I tried calling the helpline but the instructions are in German. Shall I go to help kiosk and there from my address and name they can check it?

according to your statement, we do debit. You will find the customer number in these debits. Please check there.

I am still unable to find the number. I am pasting the details I got from my bank when Vodafone charges my account.

Is the number starting with KDNR my number? or the one with RGN? I also tried to login with both by adding "00" in front of KDNR number, but it gives me an error. I don't think my cellphone number is added to my bill. And I am not finding a way to add that, so I cannot add my current vodafone contract to my "myvodafone" account.

your customer number is abbreviated to KDNR. Have you already registered in the customer portal?

Hi Nancy.
I tried registering but I probably don't have my cellphone number registered and then it tells me to call the helpline number where I don't understand the German instructions :(.
