Hello,
I have terminated my contract as I moved abroad, sent the router, but have been invoiced €100 for the router anyways. Is there any way you could double check if you've received it and delete the bill? Thank you for your response.

the modem has to be returned within 2 weeks after the end of the contract.
Do you still have the receipt of the parcel service?
If so send me a private message with your name, customer number, customer password and parcel number.

I see it's already been cleared up with the hotline. The credit for the terminal device has already been booked. Currently your customer account has a credit of 10,82€. Unfortunately we have one more IBAN from you. You are welcome to send me this by PN, then we transfer the credit to your account.
