I requested to pay my bills using the direct debit.
I received a bill telling that the value of my bill is - 99.33 € , why my bill is this value and I did not receive the direct debit in my account?
I tried to call the hotline but how I don't speak German I can't get in touch with a person.
I am changing providers, my question is if this value is related as credit because of the process to change providers until my old contract finish or am I owing this value?

welcome to our Community.
I guess that's one of your first bills? Mostly you get a credit note if your are a new customer. This credit note or "Gutschrift" should also be stated in your order confirmation. You can also see this credit note in the bill.
As long as you still have a balance on your account, nothing will be debited from your bank account.
