Invoice adjustment, wrong amount charged

When I have moved to a new home, I asked for transfer for connection in March. but it got fixed in the month of June. I would like to have the correction in the billing for the month of April when I did not have the internet at my new home. I was charged full 39,99 EUR for connection + 39,99 for transfer. Please adjust the bill for April.

I did not have internet for 2,5 months - 15 days of March and full April and May months. If you are saying I have got for April then please refund for May. As I have got my internet activated on 5th June.
