Hi Sir/Madam,
Last month i have paid my internet bill manually since i had not given my bank details for automatic debit.
But later after paying my dues i have given my bank details for auto debit.
Now it looks like the vodafone has charged me twice, by not taking into consideration about the amount which i have paid manually.
My contract id is: XXX
The bill reference which i have paid: XXX
The same bill again auto debited from my account: XXX
Please let me know how can i get the refund back ?

Hi Saravana_Raja,
no there's nothing deducted twice.
With your transfer and the direct debit you balanced the amount for June an July.

Hi Saravana_Raja,
since we already have your data, I could check right away.
A transfer always takes a few days. If you then enter your bank details before the payment is received, the open amount will be debited automatically.
However, there is not that much credit available, because the July invoice is already due. There is currently a credit balance of 3,81 Euro.

Hi Lars,
But for the same month July the money is deducted twice, the one which i transferred on 9the july.
Then later on 14th july the same money is autodebited from my account. So it is like for July month
two payments has been taken ?
So how come this can be correct ? Can you please clarify ?
