Hi, I have subscribed to cable internet and telephone on the 3rd of November 2018. It is the 22nd November and the router box still blinks red. I have tried all connections as per instructed. A technician has been scheduled to visit my place to check on the 7th December 2018. May I ask if I will still be charged for the month of November 2018 (03.11-07.12)? Could you make a note at your end on this please? in fact I have subscribed in addition to Vodafone hotspot as I have no wifi connection despite having made the set up. Please look into this and revert. Appreciate your time on this. Thank you. Sha
