Internet not working and unable to talk to Tech Support

Hello there, I have had a significant problem with my internet connection for the last few weeks but today it has gone competely out of control. Here is the issue:

1. Internet is alright only within a few meters of the router

2. Today, even though both my computer and my phone say that I'm connected to wifi, my connection is so erratic and so intermittent that I am unable to even download emails or load a simple google doc. 

3. Forget about watching netflix!! the app won't even load on the TV

4. Connection comes and goes even though it show that I am connected to wifi all the time. 

This is now becoming a major emergency since because of the virus I am doing home office. Please help.

I'd be happy to take a look at the connection 🙂 Do you send me your customer data (customer number, name, address and date of birth of the contract holder) via private message?

Then please let me know in the post when you have sent me the data.
