Internet light keeps blinking red

Hello,

 

I ordered a Red Internet & Phone Young 100 Cable on Friday, March 13 and I got my router package with DHL delivery on Tuesday, March 17. Then, I set up my router by plugging in the Cable and Power wires according to the instructions.

 

My problem is that the Internet light keeps blinking red. What should I do in order to activate my internet connection?

Hello  @Manu,

The technician came today and fixed my internet connection. I checked the contract details on my Vodafone account and the start date is set to be today (March 31). Thanks a lot!

 

I believe everything is fine now. If there is anything else that needs to be done please let me know!

I am living alone and fortunately have no symptoms of the COVID-19 and I am following the guidelines of WHO to protect myself and stay healthy.

My only concern is that unfortunately, I do not know the German language. Therefore, could you please commission a technician with some basic understanding of the English language so that we can communicate if needed?

Is there anything I should do for the arrangement?
