Internet doesnt work, no english customer service options

Hello, my internet doesnt work anymore since 4-5 days now. Takes a router restart each time it disconnects. there is no English customer service options, I am unable to get past the initial voice line. 

Please help or I initiate cancellation of the contract due to non-serviceability.

the modem is online and the values are good. I only see the restarts you did. There are no issues with the connection. Please prove your network.
