Internet connection terminated even though contract expires next week

Hi,

I have an cable internet connection with Vodafone and have canceled the contract because I am moving to a house which has another provider.

My current contract with Vodafone expires on March 23 2020.

However, today 19.03.2020 out of a sudden my internet connection has stopped and I cannot use it anymore. 

This means that Vodafone terminated my connection 4 days before the contract expiration.

Why has this happened?

Can I please have my internet connection back until the day on which my contract expires?

your contract is still active and will be cancelled on 23.03.2020. Your box is also currently online. Please try it again and let me know if you can use your connection again.

The connection got fixed after I received your message. It works now.

I have a question.

My move to the new house got delayed because of the situation with coronavirus and the curfew.

Is there a way to extended my cable contract  for 1 more month and not for a full year?
