First of all, I apologize to write in English, I just arrived in Germany and do not speak well yet.
I open an internet account in Vodafone (it was opened online). I received the router in my home two weeks ago. However, I still don't have an internet. I already set up the modem a lot of times, so I think it is not an installation problem.
I am trying to contact Vodafone via phone but could not find someone I could speak English with. In the Vodafone stores near me ... they say that they cannot help me cause I made the contract online.
Can someone please help me with this issue? Does it take so long to activate the internet after receiving the router? Or, can someone indicate a number where I can communicate in English?

I still don't have internet, although my contract is already activated. Please let me know what is going on and a solution ASAP. I desperately need an activated internet for working reason!

unfortunately it is currently taking a long time to get back to the posts 😞
