Hi,
I'm trying to contact you for the last time here. If I still don't get help/reply ASAP, I'll report this to the European Consumer Center and I will not let you treat like that anymore.
I called your customer service 9 times and that's enough.
You are not providing the internet since last week and nobody wants to tell me why OR MAYBE PERHAPS find a solution. I'm at home tomorrow if you want to send a technician - I am talking about a person who REALLY comes and finds my flat, because I heard that you have problems with it.
If not I want to cancel my contract with you RIGHT AWAY because you do not comply with the terms of the contract, and I will not have a problem to get the help of a lawyer.
I'm waiting for a decision and information about further proceedings today.
