Internet Kabel contract upgraded today without request

Hello,

 

My internet is not working since three days and i had called to raise a complaint. I had a red kabel 100 contract.

Now got a mail about some order and when i logged in, i see that my contract has been upgraded to red Kabel 250 without my request or permission. I did not ask for it and would like my old contract back . That is more than sufficient for me.

 

Please focus on solving problems than creating new ones!! I have been a customer from almost 3 years and i do not appreciate this.

Hi Archana_Dwivedi,

 

the change has already been revoked and the old entry is back in the system. If the fault is still present at the connection. Please open a post on the right board.
