I have a vodafone cable DSL internet connection 20 euros per month But i am billed separately It has been Increased in bills overtime Refer attachment I have a problem with connection speed and yet another problem- I do not know what you can do to make sure you are loyal to their customers

The abo has a period of notice of 4 weeks. It ends on 04th of december 2019. You will get the confirmation separately.

Dear Team,
I returned the router a bit delayed and i was chanrged 100€ by then. Later it was confirmed that amount will be reversed from December.
Again I am being charged this month in March.
20€ per month = 20*5 months.
Then it should be covered till end of April.
Please clarify immediately.
