I have a vodafone cable DSL internet connection  20 euros per month  But i am billed separately  It has been Increased in bills overtime   Refer attachment  I have a problem with connection speed and yet another problem-  I do not know what you can do to make sure you are loyal to their customers

May it be that you have not cancelled the optional security package?

what is that optional security package? Is it hidden charge? I was told of only 20 euros. how to cancel it?

You have our security package since the beginning of the contract. It was free for the first 3 months. From the 4th month it costs 3,99 €. If you agree I will cancel it for you.

please cancel it immediately. I dont need security package.

 

And again i am charged additional 100€ this month. May i know why? 100€ not a small amount. It like a scam.

Also, i found out that 100€ was charged for not returning the faulty modem/router. I have mailed vodafone the router/modem. attached is the return receipt from DHL.

initiate the return of 100€.

Sorry, but that's not working that fast, especially if you sent the device back today.

 

If returning the device today, it may take a few days for the device to be returned to Vodafone. Only in case of reception, a correction will be done - but that will take effect the earliest on your NEXT invoice (or even the one after, depending when your invoice is created and when the device is received by Vodafone). So you'll have to wait for that before you may get the money back.
