Hi,
In October 2018, few days after getting a new Vodafone Kabel contract, I had added the contract to MeinVodafone Kabel online portal, based on my client number and the 15-symbols activation code received by post. I had also confirmed my email address at that time.
However my contract has somehow disappeared from the online portal. Of course the original activation code does not work anymore. I requested a new activation code, but don't get anything neither by email nor by post. I requested the new one more than a month ago!
Please, I need to add the contract!

Hello tattao,
what contract do you want to add? There is no contract among the sent customer data.
lt. customer data, the router returned in October 2018 and the contract was revoked. There is no cable contract in your name.
