Dear whom it may concern,
On August I have taken over the internet contract from former
tenant of the apartment.
On 15.11.2018, I have wrote problem I am having, where
I have not been paying for my internet and would stop
my phone, TV, and slow down my internet since I have
not paid since first payment request.
I did not receive such a request, and I saw I have paid 11.19EUR
on 27.9.2018, and 23.98EUR on 26.10.2018. I do not know why I have been
paying different amount of money, but it is clear I have been paying
money to vodafone.
I have called your company regarding this matter, and was advised to
write this on Vodafone community, but when I tried to register by using
Kundennummer, it did not work, therefore, I had to register via "I am not
a customer yet."
I haven't even recevied my copy of contract for the internet, and wondering
what is going on with that?
Also, the postman around my area doesn't deliver the mail if there's no
room number was written on it, therefore I wish to add my room number
on my address, how do I do that?
I have already asked everything I wrote above on 15.11.2018. I have not
received any answer yet. I even wrote a letter regarding this, where I believe
it was ignored.
Lastly, it seems like monthly payment for the internet was also have been
taken from former tenant, where he has called your company on 20.11.2018,
where he was told that I did not send my bank detail to your company. He
told that I have sent it to the company, and your colleague checked it, and found
my bank detail, and told former tenant that they're going to cancel the money your
company took from him, and it seems like your colleague also cancelled my bank
detail as well.
Since then, the payment has stopped, and I have not received any mail you've probably
sent it to me, since there's no room number written with the address.
I do not seek for a trouble, and I wish to pay you, but if you don't help me, I cannot pay
for my internet even though I want to. Please do not ignore this post, and help me solve
this problem.

did you officially take over the contract? What did you initiate? It is actually not possible to take over the contract. I'll take a look at that, too. Please send me your customer number, name, date of birth and address in a private message.

the contract adoption has been processed. Unfortunately the letters to this effect did not reach you. As far as I could see, everything that had gone wrong with the payments had already been cleared up by our complaint management. So that you can understand this, I have sent copies to you in addition. I adapted the address as desired and wrote the room number with it. Now only the bank account is missing and then it should fit. You can send it to me in a private message.
