Hello,

 

I am having a few problems,

 

I have taken over a contract from former tenant about

3 months ago (Internet Kabel) and on 29/10 I have received

a mail from Vodafone claiming they're going to stop my

phone, TV, and slow down my internet since I have not

been paying bills as already announced on first payment

request.

 

I have not received such a request, and when I checked my

bank statement, I see I have paid 11.19EUR on 27/9 and

23.98EUR on 26/10. I do not know why I've been paying

different amount of money, but I have been paying to

Vodafone.

 

I also have been advised to write this matter on this

community, but when I tried to register, my Kundennummer

did not work. Therefore, I had to write this by registering as

'Not a Customer yet'

 

I have not received a contract of internet yet, and wondering

if I would even get one?

Lastly, it seems like postman around my area doesn't bother

look for my name on mailbox if the apartment number has not

written on mail, and does not deliver it. I wish to add room number

on my address and how can I do that?
