As of March 2018, I have been mistakenly charged a monthly fee of 9.99 euros for a “Giga TV” subscription.
I have never registered for this service. I never signed a contract.
I have tried multiple times to resolve this issue in your store at Sonnenstr. 16 (80331, Munchen), but without any success. I have called Kundenservice and was instructed to write a letter. I have sent a letter via the post to Kundenservice 5 weeks ago, but never received a reply. I have emailed Kundenservice and was instructed to write in this forum.
Vodafone, this is unacceptable and fraudulent!
I would like for one of your customer service representative to communicate with me to resolve this issue. Please stop debiting my bank account for this service and kindly reimburse the 40 euros that I was erroneously charged for to this date.
Should this issue not be resolved promptly, I will initiate legal action (verklagen).

this customer number was the right one.
I looked at your data and your unwanted contract was also still at the wrong house number. Therefore you did not receive an order confirmation via the GigaTV app. I have corrected the whole thing and you will receive a written confirmation within the next few days that the contract has been cancelled. I can only apologise for this dilemma on my behalf.

As mentioned previously, I have never registered to be a GigaTV subscriber. I do NOT have a GigaTV contract with Vodafone Kabel, so I have no way of knowing what this separate customer number may be. All I know is that my bank account shows monthly withdrawals of 10 euros from "Vodafone Kabel Deutschland GmbH".
I have provided the customer number from my "Handy" contract. I have just sent you in a private message the "K-NR." 9-digit number that shows up on my bank statement. Perhaps this is the number you need?

It has been over 16 weeks and Vodafone still hasn't repaid the money it unlawfully withdrew from my account.
In addition to this, the "Vodafone Mobiles Bezahlen" option for my smartphone contract keeps gettings reactivated without my consent and fraudulant transactions are charged through my phone number.
Vodafone's behaviour is completely unacceptable. The fact I have never been reimbursed for a mistake you have admitted to commiting shows the extent to which your company lacks integrity and respect for its customers.
After months of trying to resolve these issues, I have decided to seek legal counsel. I would like for a representative to call me as soon as possible.
