How can I terminate the contract?

Good afternoon,
this month I am moving out of Germany permanently. I need to terminate the contract with Vodafone. Could you please explain how can I make that? 
Is it enough to send Kündigung and confirmation of check-out from Germany (Abmeldung)? What should I do with router?
