I asked a question through contact email but I got email back to use forum.vodafone.de to get help.
My problem is I wanted to change my tariff to a bigger one but somehow it extended my contract. My contract was already close to the end. I will use my right to cancel with the form but I wanted to be sure that this is not a mistake.
If you try to lower your contract, I can understand the extension of the contract but I put on a higher one and even I pay more money, you push me to pay me more. It's good that I can cancel it but still this shouldn't be this way, it makes me scared to use vodafone services why you need contract extensions on this case?
