Falsche Rechnung

Hi,

I have "Mobile & Euro-Flat" programe and in my last invoice I was asked to pay for phone calls I made from the flat line in Germany to a flat line number in Slovakia. I contacted the call center and they could not help me. How should I proceed? Thank you for answer.

Hi Zuzana,

last time I had credited you with 10,- Euro for the June bill. The credit was for the calls, which were calculated up to then.

For the calls calculated on the July bill you also get another credit from me.
