Hi,

I have "Mobile & Euro-Flat" programe and in my last invoice I was asked to pay for phone calls I made from the flat line in Germany to a flat line number in Slovakia. I contacted the call center and they could not help me. How should I proceed? Thank you for answer.

Hi Zuzana,

 

had you called that number before and it wasn't charged before? It is also not a special phone number? Have you checked the customer portal to see if the Mobile and Euro Flat still exists as a booked option?

Hello Lars,

it is first time this month that Vodpahone charged for that number, it is a landline number to Slovakia.

In my contract I have Mobile & Euro Flat for the length of my contract, this is written in my invoice:

"Mobile & Euro-Flat 24 x 0 Euro ".  I do not believe they could just start to charge me without any notice.

I took a look at it.

 

I see the usage fees on the invoice, but you have not ordered an itemized bill. So I can't draw any conclusions about the calls.

 

You have already called the numbers before and they were not charged?

unfortunately there was an error in our billing system. This caused calls to be charged that are actually covered by the flat rate.

 

The calculated calls will be credited to you.

Hallo Lars,

 

my last invoice from July does not make sense again. I was charged again for 4 phonecalls to Slovakia for 7,42 Eur and as a Korrektur for the previous invoice I got 10 Euro while it should be 8.91 Euro.
