Dear,
I have home internet and TV subscription with Vodafone and it is ending in April 2021. I have already filed my cancellation request (it is because i am paying too much) and received a letter from VF saying that they have a better contract conditions for me.
However, when I call the customer service, no one speaks English and they tell me to call them again. I have spent almost 3 hours on the phone without any result.
Can you please let me know which number I can call to speak to someone that knows English?

Yes, I would like to receive an offer for my house WiFi. Since we don't watch TV that much, I would still like to cancel my TV subscription and want to continue with only house WiFi in case you have a good offer.

Do you have specific requirements for your Internet & Phone contract? Is the speed sufficient, do you want more or less?

The speed is sufficient. By the way, I only have Wifi contract with VF. I have my phone contract seperate.
