Hello,
I currently have a contract for Vodafone CableMax 1000. I recently got a package from Vodafone with a new box? The letter included in the box is in German, so I cannot completely understand it. But it looks like I was automatically signed up for Vodafone Premium Cable, GigaTVCable, andGigaTV Net Multiroom Netbox? I did not sign up for these services. I do not even own a TV? Can someone please help me cancel these extra services I did not order?

There should be a so called "Widerrufsbelehrung" inside the box - as long as you comply with the things mentioned in there, you should be able to withdraw from this contract.
But these TV contracts are not made by themselves - usually you have either explicitly signed for them in a shop [in which case you would not have a right to withdraw] -or- you had contact by hotline or a sales person meeting you at home [in both cases, you'd have the right to withdraw].

I couldn't find anything that said "Widerrufsbelehrung" but I did find something that said "Widerrufsfrist." So I guess if I just return the box, the TV services should be cancelled?
I definitely did not go into a store or be contacted by Vodafone to change my contract. So it's really strange to me Vodafone would randomly send me new equipment I didn't order. I've had my internet contract for almost 2 years now without requesting any additional services.

Yes I have another question. I returned the cable box last week. But I still received a charge for 48,23 for the cable? When will I be refunded the cable since I never ordered the service and never used the service?

this 48,23 Euro will be reimbursed with the next invoice run in December. It'll be transferred directly t your bank account.
