Hello, dear Vodafone community,
I have a big story and hope you will help us. A few months ago two Vodafone representatives came to my home and proposed to me and my girlfriend a new contract. They said that Vodafone is working on network improvements and would like to switch me to a brand new Vodafone Kabel instead of ADSL. As a bonus, we would have a new contract with 1000 Mbit / s. for a small amount of money for the first 6 months.
We already had a Vodafone Kabel and I said Vodafone guys, that they are wrong. But guys insisted that it will be the new fast technology stack, so we will be satisfied. Otherwise we will have a 2 weeks free-cancellation timeframe - the only thing we need is to send a cancellation in the same box with the equipment. As another bonus, Vodafone pointed that if we would like to switch to a new contract, they will disable my contract for free. So, after a short thinking, we decided - why not - and agreed to a new contract.
After a few days, we had received a box with the “new tech. facilities ”, which appeared to be the same I have had (Vodafone station, TV box and a few cables). So, at this moment I've figured out, that your guys were not technically advanced and proposed me to switch my .. Kabel to Kabel, but they were sure that I have DSL.
That was not a problem - everybody fails. So we grabbed the equipment, wrote a cancellation letter and sent it back to the Vodafone office. In a few days we'd received a confirmation that Vodafone has received a box.
After a while we've received a letter from a Vodafone with a bill, where you insisted us to pay for the first month of a new contract. We came to the Vodafone office at Munich Laim, where your colleagues confirmed that our contract has been activated and nobody received a letter (but, definitely, received an equipment box). They recommended us to write a new letter, explain the situation. The situation is pretty clear, so the Vodafone will disable the new contract. We had written and sent it to Vodafone.
A few days after we received a new letter, where Vodafone insisted, that we didn't send a letter in a correct timeframe, so Vodafone could not cancel the contract. But this is nonsense, because we sent you a box with a letter inside, as your colleagues proposed and we have a confirmation, that you received a box.
We wrote another letter, where explained Vodafone, that we sent the desired letter in three days after receiving the equipment box. And the answer was - we shouldn't send the mail within the box, but in a separate parcel, which is not correlating with advice, made by you representatives in front of my door or in Vodafone office.
As a result, we have two contracts for one apartment and could not cancel the second one. Could you help us to cancel the second one?
I really think that this is a miscommunication problem and it's pretty clear, that one household could not use two contracts at the same time.
Just facts I'd like to highlight:
I do not try to cancel the contract reasonless. And, except for this misunderstanding, everything is going pretty fine.
I believe that you have all the names in your database and could ask your colleagues if all I said is true.
I'm not sure if I should post contract details here, but if some of Vodafone representative here ask me to - I'll do

Hello Nikomo,
since the order was already placed at the end of June, I cannot make a decision on my own. I ask our complaint management. I need proof that you live together.
Best regards
