Downgraded tariff plan, but no confirmation received and no actual speed change

Hi dear All,

 

I've recently posted here regarding downgrading my tarif to "Red Internet and Phone 50 Cable". I've been told that the change would be effective on the 2nd of February, also I would receive a confirmation of that:

Today is 2.02 but I haven't received the confirmation yet, and my account still shows that I have an old tariff: "Red Internet and Phone 200 Cable", also speed test at speedtest.net confirms that.

 

Is it too early, or should I start to worry?

the order is still being processed. I'm hoping the system will process the switch overnight. Feel free to contact me here again tomorrow. We'll check it out again.

Hi Lars,

 

I've received confirmation email today with the tariff change date 2.02, and the change is also reflected in the account info. So it's all fine now, and we can close this thread.
