Hello,
I am writing for double modem using/double contract problem.

My name is Emrah XXXX
The Problem: I have two modems and two Kabel Deutschland internet contracts because of your colleague.
Background of the problem: I paid my invoice late in April and that's why you cutted my internet. I called you to solve the problem and your colleague said that “Your contract has cancelled. I had to make a new contract and we send a new modem.” I accepted it, but your colleague said that “You can only get a new contract with a different name” and that’s why I did it in the name of my flatmate.
(The second kundenr. is XXXX, XXXX.)
The problem is that I've been paying double invoices since June 2019. My old contract has not cancelled and I constantly have to pay two invoices from June to today.
I called you many times and applied for the solution of this problem, but your colleauges always say that “We can not do anything.”
It is your mistake and please take your responsibility seriously.
My request: Please cancel one of these contract and pay me back my money for cancelled contract.
