DEAD OR BRICKED VODAFONE STATION

I am experiancing this first time in 15 years I never saw a modem going DEAD .

My Modem is totally dead only the power LED is ON no other LED'S turn-on. 

I tried factory reset but no response from the modem it looks totally struck up or BRICKED.

The WiFi "Vodafone-3B0E" is also not showing up on any of the mobiles so it looks like the MICROCONTROLLER used on this VODAFONE STATION is BRICKED on POWER-UP.
