To whom it may concern,
I had a contract for the internet with Vodafone-Kabel-Deutschland. I left Germany and asked the Vodafone shop, where I closed the contract, how to cancell it. They told me I should send my router back, together with a deregistration letter from the municipality. I did this, but my contract has not been cancelled until now.
I contacted the Vodafone shop again and they sent a cancellation request on my behalf, but I didn't get a cancellation confirmation as yet.
I kindly ask you to cancell my contract. My customer number is ***. Thank you very much in advance.
