Dear Sir,
on 16th April 2018 I ordered a Vodafone Kabel connection but till 19th April i didn't received it and i went on vaccation, I received an email from vodafone that my contract is cancelled but at the same time 63 euro fee was deducted from my bank account and i haven't got my refund back. Please let me know that what i have to do? because due to language problem call center cannot understand me.

Hi Ahmed,
you're sure you mean the cable contract. A notice confirmation has been defined for a mobile contract. The Internet & Phone contract only exists since 28.05.2018.
