Complete bank balance

For my cable internet account, I would like the full bank balance history, from August 2018 until today, please.

you can view them in your customer portal for 12 months. If we send it to you, it costs 2,50 Euro per piece, so that would be 32,50 Euro at the moment.

If I can view it for 12 months, then I should be able to see from September 2018.  I can only see from August 2019.

I was in particular about bank balance (not invoice). Bank balance shows not only what you are charging me, so what I have paid.
