I moved apartments in May so I changed my contract with Vodafone. You had notified me to send back my router or I would be charged 100 euros, so I did within a reasonable time and with secure delivery to ensure it was delivered. And yet I was still charged 100 euros which is a mistake on Vodafones behalf, how do I claim this money back?

I recieved an email on 26/05 informing me that I should return the router. I returned it within 2 weeks of this date.
The Geraetenummer was ***

Hello Kreider 94,
please take a look at the movements on your bank account in the month of June. The 100 Euros have already been refunded.
The Hotspotflat contract was terminated in May 2019. The debited amount of 4,99 euro must be something else. In the cable sector, all contracts have been terminated since May.
Please don't write moderators via PN all the time if nobody asks you to.

I have attached a PDF of the charges to my account this month, nothing is showing up on my portal but my account IS being charged.
There are the details, I expect to be refunded since the month of May and for my direct debit to be terminated immediately before I need to take this claim any further.

Hi Kreider94,
as Grit already wrote you. Take a closer look at the bookings. It is from our side everything has been cleaned and also back booked. In this case we can't write you anything else.

the last bill for the Hotspotflat was deducted on 16.05.2019. We are talking about 1,61 Euro. From our point of view this is okay and done.
