Hi,
I would like to downgrade my internet tariff, as my 1 year trial period with Red Internet & Phone 1000 for 19,99 EUR per month is about to expire (and will increase to 69,99 EUR per month). Can you help me downgrading my internet tariff (as I am not willing to pay 69,99 EUR a month)?

you're welcome.
Just for information: since the change to 50 MBit/s is set for 22 March, the confirmation will be sent on that date, not before. So please don't be surprised if you don't get any mail in the next few days.

The cange to 50 MBit/s becomes effective on March 23. You will get an confirmation for this change.
