Hi,
My contract started on 3/18/2019 and I was on Red Internet and Phone 1000 cable with price for first 12 months.
I want to downgrade the plan now as Price has gone up. But I don't see any option online to downgrade. Only higher price options are there. I missed changing my plan at the end of 12 months
How can I do it now?
